Gregory Baker, MD

Dr. Baker is a board certified family medicine physician who has been practicing medicine for nearly two decades. He provides comprehensive care for patients ages 8 & up, and his areas of focus include preventative medicine, pediatrics, acute and chronic disease management and men's health. He earned his medical degree from the Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenessee before completing his residency in family medicine at the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota.

Paula Knapp-Baker, DO

Dr. Knapp-Baker is board certified in family medicine, and she has over 15 years of both family practice and hospitalist experience. She provides comprehensive care for patients ages 8 & up, and her areas of focus include preventative medicine, women's health, pediatrics and acute and chronic disease management. She earned her medical degree in osteopathic medicine from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri before completing her residency in family medicine at the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota.
